ABOUT ATTERBURY INVESTMENT HOLDINGS
Atterbury Investment Holdings (AIH) is a leading South African capital growth fund in the real estate sector. It has consistently delivered growth in capital to its investors through its strategic property holdings and developments. AIH has grown gross assets to more than R11 billion since AIH was founded in 2005 with an initial gross asset value of R600 million.
As a public unlisted property fund, the company's focus is on sustainable capital appreciation through the ownership of a balanced portfolio of properties with contractual income streams. Capital appreciation is supplemented by development and redevelopment profits made within the fund. The current target is to have 67% of the portfolio in investments and 33% in development projects. The balanced approach of diversification in South Africa, Africa and International markets also mitigates geographical risks.
AIH’s solid proven track record resulted in shareholders enjoying compounded growth of 22,54% per annum, to date. Its steady growth in asset value has been coupled with new developments, refurbishments and external acquisitions.
An investment in AIH offers the additional advantage of access to development pipeline through its strategic partnership with Atterbury Property Holdings giving access to 1,6 million m² developable bulk at Waterfall Business Estate alone.
An experienced and innovative management team manages the fund with a deep commitment to both business ethics and social responsibility.
AIH is a unlisted public company with in excess of 400 shareholders. The shareholders vary from institutional investors such as Sanlam, Absa and Royal Bafokeng to people from the general public. Since July 2006 to current date, 347 million AIH share has traded totalling R2.4 billion in value. AIH assists shareholders and the public in selling or buying AIH shares.
