Atterbury has acquired 2.82ha of land in the heart of Newtown between the Market Theatre and Karr street. The total development size is in excess of 80,000m² and consists of a 34,000m² shopping mall and 37,000m² of offices together with an hotel. The office space will be occupied by Nedbank in a new consolidated CBD office node.
