Waterfall Business Estate is the most ambitious commercial development currently being undertaken in South Africa.

Atterbury secured the commercial development rights for 330ha of prime land north of Sandton. Waterfall Business Estate, is in total a staggering 1,6 million square metre mixed-use commercial development - the most ambitious of its kind being undertaken in South Africa.

Unifying northern Sandton and Midrand, Waterfall spans both sides of the N1 highway, from Woodmead Interchange through the bustling Buccleuch Interchange to Allandale Interchange. It joins Modderfontein in the east, reaching beyond Kyalami in the west. It enjoys superb access from Pretoria, Sandton and Johannesburg.

Atterbury is developing a 46 000 m² Cell C head office campus, customer walk in centre, data/IT centre and warehouse at Waterfall Business Estate.

A 30 000 m² distribution centre for Walmart's Massbuild and an 8 000 m² distribution warehouse for Digistics, which services fast food industry companies like KFC and McDonalds, are currently under construction. Altech Group will take occupation of a 4 200 m² office building in Woodmead North Office PArk in the next few months.

Another 200 000 m² of land is available for similar distribution centres.
