The Bagatelle development is a partnership between Atterbury and ENL, an established and reputable Mauritian group. The Bagatelle precinct once developed will include the Mall of Mauritius, a motor city, hotel, offices and a residential estate.

The 36 904m² first regional centre in Mauritius opened on 29 September 2011. With Pick ‘n Pay and Dischem as anchors together with an exciting mix of international brands and local Mauritian favourites the Mall of Mauritius is destined to become the Indian Ocean’s premier island shopping, lifestyle and entertainment destination.

The second phase is currently underway with a business hotel and motor city including a filling station scheduled for completion towards the latter part of 2012.
