Ready, steady, go!

Richmond Park is a prime greenfields site in Milnerton adjacent to the N7 highway. The property has bulk development rights of around 300,000sqm over the next 5-10 years.
KPMG sod-turning ceremony

Atterbury is proud to be associated with KPMG and look forward to create another Pretoria landmark just off the Atterbury offramp on the western side of the N1.
Interestingly, 4 000 truckloads of earth have already been removed from the site.
