Atterbury has joined forces with a local Klerksdorp developer called Digger's Development (Pty) Ltd in a venture known as Flamwood Walk in Klerksdorp. This will see us extending and improving upon this existing popular retail precinct that was originally opened in 2002. Flamwood Walk is strategically located on the busy N12 corridor and as a result enjoys massive support from locals and passing trade. Construction on the further expansion of Flamwood Walk will see the shopping centre transformed into a 25 000m² open air centre with a large fashion and homeware component. The anchor tenant has been confirmed as Dischem. We intend creating a village feel with exceptional landscaping. Fountains, trees and a relaxed environment will engage shoppers in what is expected to become an even more sought after venue to meet and shop. Two large food courts as well as leading restaurants will be an added attraction. In addition, two office components of 2 500m² each will also be created in the upgrade of the centre.
