LYNNWOOD BRIDGE
Being developed in phases, Lynnwood Bridge is a combination of lifestyle and office park unlike any other in Pretoria. Beginning with a City Lodge Hotel, we progress onto office space of 33 000m² offices comprising 3 buildings housing tenants like Adams & Adams, Aurecon, Studio 3 Architechts International and Pentad. Atterbury Property's new Head Office is also part of this landmark development.

Lynnwood Bridge retail is easily accessible on the corner of Lynnwood and Daventry Roads. The focus of this speciality retail development is on dining, entertaining and lifestyle with an exciting mix of stylish restaurants and destination stores. Dubbed a “Spot with a difference”, you will find eight trendy restaurants, Woolworths Food, the Pro Shop, Cycle Lab, Safari & Outdoor, Graffiti Books, Jenna Clifford, Louie Danielle, Kitchen Passion, a Planet Fitness gym and the state-of-the-art Atterbury Theatre. Diners will be spoilt for choice with Koi, Vovo Telo, Café Beyritz, Col’Cacchio, Tribeca, Rhapsody's, Fishoek and Stephnie's. The trendy restaurants are situated in an open air piazza area with beautiful landscaping and sculptures by the famous sculptor, Angus Taylor.

Lynnwood Ridge retail forms part of an impressive 73 000m² Lynnwood Bridge mixed use development, a new landmark in the east of Pretoria, right next to the newly upgraded Lynnwood off ramp from the N1 highway. The contemporary architecture of this stunning development in the east of Pretoria has changed the surrounding landscape, creating a secure upmarket environment to work in, a trendy atmosphere for dining and shopping as well as a world class theatre which promises evenings of great entertainment.

Atterbury Theatre
A special component of the retail section is the world-class state-of-the-art 400-seat Atterbury Theatre - destined to become the preferred location for cultural events in the east of Pretoria. What distinguishes this theatre from any other similar sized theatre is the technical equipment with which the theatre has been equipped. The theatre also includes production and sound studios that can be utilised for the recording of shows. The latest technical equipment available on the market today will make the theatre the ideal venue for small musical theatre productions, small drama productions, performing bands, solo artists, dance productions, choirs and school productions.

Alkantrant library, City Lodge and Offices
Atterbury also funded the relocation of the Alkantrant library that forms part of this exiting precinct. The new-concept City Lodge Hotel opened its doors in June 2010, in time for the Soccer World Cape. More than 3 00 office workers are privileged to have Lynnwood Bridge as their place of work. In the A-grade commercial side, Adams & Adams took occupation of their new signature head office in October 2010. Atterbury moved to their magnificent new head office on 1 April 2011 and Aurecon will take occupation in their spacious eco-friendly building in June 2011. This prestigious development will ultimately consist of A-Grade Office space (Phase 1) and 13,743m² of exclusive retail space which includes the Atterbury Theatre. The final phase will consist of 15,000m² of A-Grade Office space (Phase 3) and construction will commence later this year.

Lynnwood Bridge Phase 3
The last phase to be constructed in the existing Lynnwood Bridge development will be completed in June 2014.  This building consists of 2 office blocks (6 floors high) 7 500m² each.  All other office buildings in Lynnwood Bridge are fully let and occupied and phase 3 will complete the Lynnwood Bridge node.
