Atterbury has acquired 2.82ha of land in the heart of Newtown between the Market Theatre and Karr street.  The total development size is in excess of 80 000m² and consist of a 38 000m² shopping mall and 36 000m² of offices together with an hotel.  The office space will be occupied by Nedbank in a new consolidated CBD office node.
