Is a non-profit organisation that oversees our social investment. The Foundation supports initiatives country-wide through skills development & training programmes, investment in under-resourced areas and various socio-economic development (SED) programmes. Registered in terms of section 21 of the Companies Act with the primary objective as a PBO to identify and implement projects within the communities where Atterbury's main property developments are taking place.

Each property development undertaken by Atterbury is aligned with a corresponding Atterbury Foundation project located nearby. The Foundation project is budgeted for at the onset of the development and all interested contractors and partners become involved, doing their bit to make a difference.

The Bergriver Skills Training Programme was acknowledged as the best in its category for 2007 with an extreme makeover project of the Pretoria Secondary School also recently completed.
