The construction of Phase 3 of Trevenna Office Campus will commence shortly. The Development, which is situated on 3.86ha of superlative terrain in Sunnyside, Pretoria, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2011. Phase 3 will consist of 4 buildings of approximately 7 650m² each.

Modern and stylish A-grade office buildings will be built to complement the existing chic designs of the neighbouring structures as well as the recently completed 7 000m² Phase 1 and the 23 000m² Phase 2. The total lettable area of Phase 3 will amount to 30 600 m².
