The Mall of Africa is undoubtedly Atterbury Property’s most ambitious project. This 131 000m², R5bn shopping experience will be the largest South African single-phase shopping mall development to date. Featuring top international retail brands such as H&M, Zara and Cotton On, The Mall of Africa, situated near Midrand is on schedule to open in early 2016.
We invited 150 delegates from all over Africa who attended the 2014 API Summit, held at the Sandton Convention Centre earlier this month, to experience Africa’s largest retail development construction site first hand.
