Barlow Park Phase 2

Phase 2 of our Barlow Park Development is well underway, with 846 residential units set to be completed by July 2025. The first units are scheduled for occupancy in February 2025. An Early Childhood Development Centre (Earlybird EduCare) will be opening its doors at Barlow Park in April 2025! This addition represents our commitment to creating a vibrant, inclusive urban community in Barlow Park, – one where accessible, high-quality education, convenient shopping and luxurious living come together seamlessly.

Barlow Park Phase 1 has already made a strong impact, by winning the ‘Mixed-use Development’ award at the 2024 SAPOA Property Development Awards for Innovative Excellence. The redevelopment has set new standards for affordable urban living, offering a blend of convenience, sustainability, and quality in a prime location.

Phase 1 saw the successful launch of Barlow Park Retail (5 500m²) in February 2024, featuring top brands like Checkers, Clicks, Nando’s and Vida e Café, and more. It also welcomed its first residents with over 740 fully let apartments and the opening of the 3 000m253 High School (Curro Barlow Park) offering top-tier education to the community.
