Expanding Atterbury and Tradehold Africa’s footprint in Mozambique, the opportunity arose to acquire BAT’s head office in Maputo and Atterbury and Tradehold Africa acquired the property in December 2015.

The property is managed by Atterbury and Tradehold Africa.

BAT occupies the entire site of 5 212 m² which is 1 275 m² of office space and 3 937 m² dedicated to manufacturing and warehousing.
