Project Overview:

The Barlow Park development comprised of a new high-density residential precinct with ancillary uses including convenience retail educational, commercial and healthcare as part of the overall development.

Phase 1 of the development included 1 630 residential units, A Curo high school and 5 500m² of convenience retail. The development focused on the establishment of a sustainable urban framework with multiple outdoor public green spaces defining a new green spine around which all phases are planned. Barlow Park borders Innesfree Park and embraces the visual and physical link between the spaces enabling an enhanced urban experience that would be very hard to come by elsewhere in Johannesburg.  The main entrance to the precinct is off Katherine Road.
