Ithemba – It’s a matter of association
The relationship between Ithemba (previously known as Circlevest) and Atterbury dates back to 2007. Our first two projects were the development of Mapungubwe, a four-star hotel in Johannesburg CBD, previously the French bank; and the conversion of BHP Billiton’s Johannesburg office into 110 sectional-title residential units now known as Isibaya House. After our initial engagement Ithemba went on to build a residential business focusing on providing quality affordable rental housing in the inner city.
